Since two hours isn’t long enough for me to read an entire book, let alone a pile of them I made use of the Contents, Indexes and Further Reading sections. It is the latter of these which provides the stimulus for this week’s Old Web Wednesday offering since all too often authors refer to websites which either don’t exist any more, or, as I prefer them, to look like they were created a decade or more ago and haven’t been updated since.
